"We had a great stay. Most staff welcoming and friendly. We tried to eat at the restaurant on Valentines night, but was told it was fully booked. It did not seem fully booked when we were there (around 6:00pm) and we was not offered an alternative time. We were able to have a meal elsewhere but on return (around 7:30pm) the restaurant still didn't appear busy. Being a paying guest, it would have been nice to have been offered an alternative time. Other than that, we had a great stay."
