"The breakfast is great, friendly staff, and very accessible to the mall. I like the amenities such as the pool, pool bar, gym, and restaurant/bar/coffee areas.
Very noisy and irritating vibrating sound from the room next door due to maintenance/repairs. Got transferred to another room/floor next to housekeeping room - irritating also due to constant door closing/opening, so back to the same problem. Staff needs training to at least upgrade to a better room, discount to bar, etc. when inconvenience happens."

"We stayed for 2 nights and booked 2 rooms for our stay. Property is nice surrounded by lots of trees, flowers and they have an organic vegetable garden, however, summer in Philippines is hot. Air conditioning is good however you need the room key to start it. So when away and coming back, it will take a bit of time to get the room to a comfortable temperature.
Quite a good selection for the buffet breakfast.
One of our room has some issues and staff was so accommodating and move us to another room which is nicer than the previous one and they offer to move the second room too. Nice gesture and appreciate it.
Overall, I will book again if our travel brings us back to Philippines. "
