"We were very disappointed with Lake Bennet Resort. It could hardly be called a 'resort'! The place is very tired and run down. We had booked but when we arrived, a30 deg day, the room didn't have aircon on and it was like walking into a shipping container! We found after putting the aircon on it was stuck on 17 deg - got a bit cool overnight!!The grounds were neglected as was the pool area. We had a very nice meal there and the service was friendly. The whole place need a lot of TLC."
