"I have stayed at this property on two occasions. It is extremely clean and walking distance to ICC and light rail. Parking is available across the road in a parking station. Breakfast and coffee were good. Staff were polite and friendly. Only drawback was the air conditioning which despite supposedly being individually controlled in each room did not work properly and was a bit warm even after bringing this to the attention of staff."
