"We got a park-facing room. It was beautiful - so clean and so spacious. The staff was excellent - from those working at the front desk to those working at the pools to housekeeping. The Capa restaurant was amazing - definitely worth it. And they had excellent, reliable transportation to and from the Disney parks. Definitely one of the best properties I’ve stayed at."

"We were welcomed by a very warm team. They were very helpful. The suite was clean and to our surprise our balcony faced magic kingdom. The hotel was very kid friendly. A perfect place to stay if you’re going to Magic kingdom with a toddler and a baby. We walked there and back."

"The morning we left, while sitting in the room enjoying coffee, I hear a clicking sound and look over to where the coffee maker was plugged in…to see black SMOKE coming from the outlet. I unplugged it, and then a FLAME shot out of the outlet. I went down to inform the front desk and I was BRUSHED ASIDE like no big deal! I beg to differ! That could have been a DISASTROUS situation if I had been sitting outside on the balcony and didn’t unplug the coffee maker!!!! The TV also was not working...

"Staying at the Grand Floridian is a decadent as you hope it will be. I highly recommend getting a room on the club level. The extra snacks and drinks help to make the most of your downtime. "
