The place itself was enjoyable overall. Nothing on the resort opens until noon and everything closes up by 11 so you’re on your own for breakfast or any late night snacks. There are no ice machines in the buildings, they told us to call for ice and they’d bring it. I had to call multiple times and waited for hours each time. The place could be a lotttt cleaner too.

Everyone was friendly, i enjoyed myself. Outside of being asked about timeshare i wish they had transportation to the water parks as i was surprised since they had staff at the theme park for they representative to market. Also wish they had breakfast/room services.maybe i over looked that part. That was only minor overall it was a great experience for me and my family !! Especially the amenities on the grounds.. thank you!!

Someone was cooking and my room smelled like fried food and the manager and staff can care less , they refuse to accommodate me for the inconvenience and said they would not do anything to make my stay better. I will not be staying here again.

When planning on staying on this property, everything I read implied there was more to it....For example, it looked like there were 4 restaurants on stie, there was in fact only 1 restaurant. The others were a small cafe with weak coffee and burnt sandwiches, a tiny stand with stale looking pizza, and a sandwich shop (which shared the pizza stand counter). There was seating in the area, but not a traditional restaurant. They also said there was a bowling alley.....it was a mini "bowling experience" with tiny palm sized balls and a half-sized lane. Might be my fault for not reading all the fine detail? But in the end the resort looked like it offered much more. Oh and the day we arrived we were offered a free breakfast for the next day and a gift of $100 in vouchers for the on-site "restaurants" and a free 3 day/2 night future stay...What they didn't tell us was the breakfast required a 2-hr timeshare presentation. At the end they tired to make us sign a contract locking us into paying $40,000 over the next 10 years to get vacations there for life.....yeah great I would love to come here every single year for the rest of my life and not experience any other place (insert sarcastic eye roll...) The property itself was nice, but not THAT nice. And they try to make you feel bad and dumb saying vacations should be your priority in life and everything else should be on the back burner. I'm not signing a contract locking me into $40,000 without doing my research first. SCAM
