"I had my room changed because the TV did not work. Apparently the dayshift clerk did not update the system to reflect this change and the nightshift clerk issued a room key to the room I was staying in. At 1:30am my room door came flying open. It was terrifying as I thought someone was coming in to rob me. I did not sleep the rest of the night."

"Walked into our room and it smelled terrible. The front desk got us a new room but said it would take 30-60 min to get one ready. This was at z6 pm and the hotel did not seem busy so not sure what’s the wait. They did get us a new room but it smelled like they sprayed it with febreeze. The ac unit/ fan was annoyingly noisy. Would not stay again."
