"Wonderful hotel. The staff is incredibly friendly. They assisted us since before we booked our stay (being from San Marino, we had issues with the Green Pass). The SPA is without a doubt one of the best I have seen. The location is also fantastic, just a short walk from the lift and train station. We will go back as soon as we can."

"It was nice to have breakfast and dinner included in the price. Access to the slopes was awesome, too. Ski locker for free. Our rooms were spacious and had plenty of beds. the pool was simple but fun, about 40 inches deep throughout. The building itself and fixtures in the room and throughout are rather aged and in need of update, but it was a good deal for the price. However, I did experience one uncomfortable incident where I was asked to give up my seat for a group before I had finished my drink, and no alternative accommodation was offered. There appeared to be plenty of available seating elsewhere, so this interaction was surprising. Aside from that, my stay was very pleasant."
