"Rented 5 rooms for family. Everything was perfect except that all 5 room floors were dirty. Walking on the floors turned everyone’s (17 people) feet black. Recommend providing each room with a broom and dustpan to sweep up the sand that gets tracked in. Rooms were clean otherwise. Plenty of towels. Beds were comfortable. 4 pillows per bed. All 5 families said they would definitely stay again."

"The location of the property was perfect. We were in the area to visit Mt. Olympus and it is conveniently located to all attractions on the little strip. We booked 2 rooms they were clean with the exception of there being hair in the bathrooms. Given the flow of people that come through there the property is pretty well maintained. "Free kayaks to use Grills were being worked on but one was working Fridge was froze up but replaced it same day. Didn't care for geese and ducks on the beach. We didn't go into the water at all."

"If you want to stay somewhere with black mold in the showers and crumbling concrete on their slides for a premium price choose this place. Also the magnum rubber by my car in the parking lot was fun to explain to the kids. Watch out for the broken tiles going to and from the pool if you’re not wearing shoes as well."

"The parking lot was newly surfaced. The air conditioner was easy to operate. The floor of our room was not swept. The sheets in one of the beds had little stains on them which indicated bed bugs. There were large plastic tubes mounted on the outside wall between every two room entrances with a hole cut into the top that were filthy for cigarette butts."
