"The hotel is great the only reason I gave it a four-star review is because we went to a concert at the SPAC and after the concert went to the bar for a drink and the bar was closing at 11:00 p.m. on a Saturday. We're trying to figure out why the bar was closed so early when there are lots of people ..."
