There was a courtesy bus into Noosa but we only found out by talking to a staff member, lack of information off anyone . No lift so we had to carry our cases up flights of stairs. "We stayed in one of the onsite Airstream vans and didn’t feel that it matched up to the online description. It was fairly rundown and we had an issue with ants. Generally clean but metal blinds had damp/mould markings and were very dusty. Would also be useful to have an outdoor light since cooking with the BBQ is the only option so wasn’t the easiest in the dark. Bathroom amenities were clean."

"The one issue we had was our request for a portocot. We made a request well in advance and was told a portocot would be supplied. Once we arrived and checked in the Portocot was not in the room (our baby had to sleep in the car). House keeping arranged one but the mattress was too small (which is a safety issue). Another portocot was arranged which had the correct mattress size, however there was mould on all 4 edges sides of the top rails of the portocot. Very frustrating particularly when...

"I checked with the property re parking and was told each unit had an allocated parking space. What they failed to mention was that it was underground and height restricted. I arrived in a small camper and was unable to park! "
