"Nice place to stay"

"We had a wonderful stay! The hotel was in excellent condition, and every area was clean, well-maintained, and welcoming. The breakfast was exquisite with plenty of delicious options to choose from. The location was also fantastic and made it easy to enjoy the surrounding area. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others."

"This property was clean, had easy check in, and what looked like awesome pools. We didn’t get a chance to use them but it was nice. They gave us an activities calendar which was a nice touch. They had stuff going on all day. The front desk responded quickly to text requests and check out was a breeze."

"This was a very, very nice place to stay. The kids had their own room and bath. Our room and bath included the jacuzzi tub and screened in porch access. The kids asked if we could stay here every time we vacation!! We probably will. Rooms were clean. Kitchen was clean and stocked with useful cooking needs/essentials. We walked to the gym and worked out together. It was great!!! Very happy for the price, cleanliness, and having plenty of room!!"

"Unfortunately, our stay was not up to par with our previous experience. Just to name a few things we experienced during our stay will be, dirty towels, uncleaned carpet and in room amenities. The worst of them all was the rooms of the hotel did not allow the A/C to be on while we are not in the room. Everytime we went back into the room after a long day at Disney the room was over 75 degrees, very hot, very muggy, very disappointing. The room will then take 2 hours to just reach 72 degrees which...

"The Lakeside Restaurant was superb The rooms are dated. The bed was too firm for my liking. The nail spa was closed for renovation. The parking is about a half mile walk from the main portion of the hotel. They charge daily for parking even if you are staying as a guest. We will not be going back. If this is how Mr. PRITZER runs things then I will not consider him for president."

"A big variety of breakfast choices. Breakfast hours were good, 0630-0930. I felt that $20.00 per room/per day for parking was a bit much. Didn't see parking security while there. Overnight staff was very friendly and informative. "

"Unfortunately, this property charges a high daily parking fee. However, beware of their third party (Towne Park) who enforces their parking fee non-compliance. Unfortunately, I agreed to the high daily parking fee when I checked-in, and I was also ticketed by Towne Park after I had checked out for non-parking fee compliance. The Front Desk staff has been less than helpful in resolving this issue to my complete satisfaction. They pass the buck and by putting it on you to resolve between Towne...
