"Water park under construction, I was not notified by front desk or staff. They also charged me $35 for parking. Unable to do check in till 4pm. Tried messaging staff member for access to hotel facilities before checking in and I never received a response back till next day. "

"It's a high volume Orlando hotel in walking distance of the entrance to Universal, so you anticipate crowds and a little wear-and-tear. It has everything you need for a day or two at the parks. The shuttle service is one amenity recommending getting on as soon as practicable, as we were not able to secure a spot. We ubered, and it was slightly more than the parking fee. Jim in the dining area was amazing on both mornings. My kids loved the warm interaction you don't often see. Recommend asking to be seated in his area. We ate both nights in the on-site F&B dinner option, American Grill. It left something to be desired. Maybe it's the auto-gratuity built in, but service was super slow, and food quality underwhelming. Pools were fine for what we needed (large pool, hot tub) but nothing outstanding like a water slide, etc. Finally, the arcade is super ripoff and recommend keeping your kids out of it. One of my kids slipped three tokens into the infamouse claw machine before I realized it was $1.67 per token (3 tokens for 20 credits). Surprised Hilton even allows that machine and that racket on property."

"Easy parking"

"The property was nice. The room we had, king suite with fireworks view, was very nice. Everything around the resort was clean. Only suggestions I have for improvement would be, friendlier pool staff, check in process revamped (we checked in late and the staff seemed super tired, we were told we had to come back the next day to get a parking pass from guest services, upon getting the pass they tried to talk me into a timeshare. I eventually went to the timeshare presentation after being harrassed a million times and it was a complete joke. The timeshare presentation was supposed to be 60-90 minutes and we were there almost 3 hours with little children. When we told the staff we werent interested their attitudes became insane how they treated us, like we meant nothing to them as guests. But that doesn't mean I wouldn't stay here again, just means I wont be fooled into ever going to a presentation again. The resort has 7 pools around the area, my family only checked out the one near our building because the pools are so far apart, it would have been too much walking for my little ones. The biggest complaint I have about the property is the parking. Parking is free, great! But the hotel doesn't limit how many parking passes they give out (one guy got 4 passes while he was there) so there was never any parking close to where our building was and being handicapped, there were cars parked in handicapped parking that had no handicapped tags. The property said it wasn't their problem."
