Rooms were clean and spacious. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would recommend. Nice coffee shops nearby an we took the little boat over to the other side of the lake for the Christmas markets.

Ótimo café da manhã e instalações. Os funcionários são um pouco impacientes na parte de serviços e recepção, não nos avisaram no 1o dia que o serviço de limpeza de quarto precisa ser solicitado pelo app no quarto. Alias a tecnologia no hotel é interessante mas não é tão prática.

This is a lovely property. We booked a balcony with a retractable awning (with a spiral staircase to the room!) with excellent views of Geneva and the lake. Easy access to the old town, markets and the Lake itself. The room had underfloor heating and the bed had a memory foam mattress (or similar) ...

Alles in Ordnung nur die Dusche hatte ein Wasserschaden und alles war immer unter Wasser leider sonnst hat alles gepasst!
