"The Ann Stevens House was a short stay. We went to the Daytona 500 about 26 miles away. It was quaint with antiques placed in our 2nd story room. The mattress was rather hard, but not horrible. There was of plenty of parking and the room was very clean. The host is very nice and accommodating. My only negative comment is that the stairs, that looked rather new, were rough cut, unsanded and unfinished. My husband got a pretty large splinter from the banister. "

"The room had a musty smell. The furniture had water damaged and the bed sheets had cigarette burns on them . Considering we booked a non smoking room. No fresh towels for the next day. You had to bring the old ones down to have them exchanged. This room was the worst ive had in my 60 years on this earth and the unwillingness of staff to change rooms or provide daily maid service made me feel like we where staying in a motel rented by the hour!.
