"Certainly there are cheaper options around Gensan, but as soon as you walk into the lobby and the staff greet you, you will know your money was well spent…. every single staff member I encountered was kind and friendly and welcoming and that means the most to me —-hotel was wonderful, massive Breakfast buffet was really good and you have to ask about the speakeasy bar located nearby called 7 monkeys.!!! I will never stay anywhere else when I return to Gensan!!"

"Staff were very nice. Internet terrible. The noise of karaoke went unchecked until 5:00 am and public announcements started at 5:45 am. In a lengthy stay, we finally after 5 days asked for the room to be cleaned. The on site restaurant was good value for money and the food was well prepared"

"The room where we stayed (R102) is good and the restroom has a unique design with circles and look like a crystal. Although the room is old,it’s liveable.The walls have cracks and the toilet bowl seat is broken. The cabinet is broken also. The hot water is not working though the staff tried to repair it. The outdoor is so beautiful and the beds are comfortable. The owner and the staff are courteous and were excellent in dealing with us. Overall,we’re contented with our stay. The room is reasonable and affordable. The seafoods are so delicious.Tilapias are the best viands. We’ll go back in this place when given a chance to return in Lake Sebu. Thank you Everyone for making our stay memorable."
