"I stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn Valencia for two nights and was disappointed. The room had a strong unpleasant smell when we arrived, and it was very dusty, especially around the fridge. The staff was just average. Overall, I wouldn’t stay here again. "

"Food was good. We called ahead to have adjoining rooms. They block the rooms and said it could be ready for us by 3pm. When we arrived no rooms were available. Once we checked in the rooms were not adjoining and one was a wheel chair accessible room. "

"A nice selection for breakfast. Many workers staying at this place hence which I was woken from an alarm being set at 6:30am from previous person. Cleaning staff should be reminded by management to check alarm clocks."

"Room-bed was hard, pillows flat, bedspread had burn holes in it. I asked for extra blanket never got one, Staff spoke no english, wifi was fine and pet friendly, room key had to be constantly reactivated "
