"​Boutique Excellence – My New Favorite in Valencia ​I recently stayed at The Lexen Hotel for an overnight trip from approximately one hour north while my vehicle was at a local dealership for a warranty repair. From the moment I arrived, the experience was exceptional. ​Every member of the staff I encountered was incredibly friendly and professional. They were kind enough to change my accommodations to a first-floor room immediately upon my request. The hotel possesses a great deal of character, and the decor is truly top-notch. ​I must say that, overall, this was my best hotel stay to date. It even surpassed my long-time favorite, West Inn and Suites in Carlsbad. I have a saying that boutique hotels are like short men: they work harder for your affection! Affection has been received, The Lexen Hotel. ​Even my dealership service advisor was impressed. He arranged my transportation to the hotel and remarked on how well-appointed the property was during both my drop-off and pick-up. He even stated that he will be looking into staying there himself in the future. ​I have informed my family and friends of this experience. The Lexen Hotel is now locked in for me and my family. I will definitely return."
