"Had a wonderful 3 night stay here. Originally a prison, it has been converted into a quirky, comfortable hotel retaining many of the features. The bedrooms were cells, small but well equipped with ensuite bathrooms. The position is slightly outside the centre of Stockholm but all the better. Situated on a lovely peaceful island within walking distance to Gamla Stan and the museums. The breakfast is amazing with an enormous variety of choices. The staff were friendly and helpful. "It was beyond my expectation. The sheets were clean and bathrooms were very clean. Staff wasn't available all the time but when they were there they were very helpful. If you bring your lock for the lockers in the room make sure you bring a thinner lock because a standard us master lock wasn't working with their locker system."

"Comfortable bed"

"Had a lovely stay. The hostel was spotless, quiet, and had everything I needed for a short visit. It felt safe and comfortable, and the staff were friendly throughout my stay."

"Beautiful area with a view of the beach and many walking trails, walking distance to public transport and a small square with shops and restaurants. The rooms are small but clean, there is a shared shower room, shared bathrooms, and a shared kitchen. You will need to clean up after yourself if cooking. The staff is only there in the morning but very kind and helpful. It is a good place to stay if you like hostels."

"Clean rooms and the owner is nice."

"This was the perfect place for a family to start in Stockholm on a budget, and the sauna was a wonderful bonus."

"Helpful and friendly staff, notably Jan was fabulous with good humour Albeit it's not quite central I'll gladly stay again."
