"Escarpment Luxury Lodge is a perfect stop-over for a couple of days. The place was peaceful and beautiful and served amazing relaxation and food.

"Poor entrance road, without signs, but the place was beautifully constructed with old huge wooden beams in the dining area, good food, beautiful grounds, nice pool and helpful friendly staff"
"Hotel only opened 2 years ago and has a lot of potential . However , it's still lacking in details.
1) the path to getvto the hotel is rough and hard to navigate , 2) the reservation system is not up to scrap and need modernisation , 3) the built suffered in storm , 4) out driver didn't revive a lunch box where we got one from every other lodge .

"Supremely clean, extremely well- appointed rooms/tents, the food was superb and the staff beyond friendy and professional! Specifically wanted to mention nBaraka who helped us with rental car issues and advocated for us constantly. Also he was instrumental in helping us get our permits for Ngorongoro Crater and Olduvai Gorge. However, for a December visit a bathroom heater was sorely needed and towel bars for drying towels.

"They did not have our booking(pre paid) which is understandable somewhat because they are out in the middle of no where, but there was no attempt on the staffs part to help fix the problem. we ended up leaving 1.5 hours later than we wanted and paid with a Card(got a refund from Hotels.com). the hotel needs to have better service. The refund from hotels.com was easy and service on there side great."
"Beautiful property in somewhat isolated area. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Only regret did not allow enough time to enjoy the property. The restaurant does not offer ala carte choice but requests can be accommodated."
