Items in the room were damaged and very worn. we paid extra for a pool side room. I didn't know the pool was used for kids parties. The screaming didn't stop. The pool doesn't close until 10 pm. The staff couldn’t seem to be bothered. The pool was out for weeks and a busload of kids were checking in. No one was told that the pool was out prior to booking the rooms. The breakfast spread was gone by 9 although they didn’t end breakfast until 10. The hotel was full of kids who didn’t get anything. ...
