"I had several issues with this place. There was no remote for the TV. I called the desk to request one when I was away from the property. When I got back (after the office was closed) they had left a remote in the room, but it was not trained to the TV. I was only able to change channels, not control the on/off or volume. Not good when watching TV from bed.
There was a device on the bedside table with an electrical outlet and USB port for phone charging. It did not work. I discovered it was...

"I booked the room on expedia and to pay at the property. When I checked in they raised the price. I won't stay there again. I will go to my usual property next door to the bowling alley. I booked with them because they costs less, but it ended up cosing more"

"It was right in the freeway, so the road noise was a little loud. Also, there was a significant amount of dust and debris in one corner, and if I had been traveling with children I would have asked that it be cleaned or I have another room. But since I wasn’t staying in the room much, I just ignored it. The breakfast was ok, but the pancake machine ran out of batter around 9am and there was no active attendant on duty to change it, so the second day I only got one pancake."

"I really dislike staying in the off-house. When booking make sure you’re in the main hotel. You cannot control your own air conditioning. It was hot. Dog hair on the couch. Stained carpets. Barking dog in a nearby room. Sink was clogged. Filled up when brushing teeth.
Great parking. Love the regular hotel. Just don ’t stay in the outhouse."
