"Room was great, Staff were very friendly.
I think some parts of the hotel need to be updated such as the pool/hot tub.
They offer a nice breakfast but I would like to see a few more options as well they should look at reducing the amount of plastic used."

"We had issues 3 times when trying to enter our room. We were given 4 cards the first time and none of them worked. The check-in gal said they were having issues with the entry cards. I had to go from the 3rd floor to the check-in on the first floor while leaving my disabled husband sitting in the hallway on the luggage cart. I received 4 more cards and returned to the room and still was unable to get in our room. This time when I returned the clerk came with me to the door and got us in. We left...
