"Quaint New England feel that you will not get with modern chain hotels. Plenty of amenities and very accommodating and friendly staff. They will catch the next elevator or walk the stairs even if you let them know its ok to share the elevator. Only difficult part was walking the hill to our room after having one too many. Very walkable to all the restaurants and pubs. "

"My wife and I spent 2 nights at Cadence Lodge. We had an excellent meal there the first night. We viewed the property and it's facilities and we're very impressed. The room was clean, comfortable and in good working order. We liked the Ski themed decorations in our room. The lodge offers a gas outdoor grill, a wonderful enclosed patio with power, water and a built in fireplace. You could bring your own steaks, cook them and eat outdoors. Staff there is friendly and accommodating to your needs....

"Séjour en amoureux Nous avons adoré l’endroit Déjeuner excellent, mais nous ne l’avons pas pris dans le forfait expédia. Je ne comprends pas quel aurait été notre déjeuner si on l’avait pris dans le forfait, car il n’y avait qu’un menu à la carte. Bon service au bar Déçu que le roof top était fermé le jeudi soir de notre passage. (Ouvert vendredi et samedi) Stationnement payant à l’hôtel, mais stationnement à frais très modique de la ville juste à côté de l’hôtel où il y a aussi plusieurs bornes...

"Everything was great and amazing. Safe for small kids (my two year old and 5 year old cousins absolutely LOVED it and they had life jackets that fit them perfectly). The lake was very clean as was the beach and overall property. There are many shops and restaurants that are ALL walking distance (I did not have to drive at all the entire trip). The only small issue I had was the A/C in the room was broken and instead of offering a new room or fixing it they just gave us a standing fan which I was...

"The room was clean and modern feeling. Washroom was good with amenities, shower had good pressure, tv with Netflix. Also walking distance to main street in Lake placid was convenient so I didn't have to drive and pay for parking. Check in instructions were sent to me in advance and easy to get into the room. Would recommend!"
