For a room that was suppose to be quiet, it was very loud actually. But not to the point where I couldn’t sleep. Enjoyed my mini getaway "

"This was just a place to lay my head. The staff were friendly. The room was clean. I didn't utilize the bar or have breakfast, so I can't comment on that. Contrary to the sign in the bathroom, housecleaning came every day instead of every other day. A couple of little glitches, I couldn't make long distance calls with the phone in the room, and I had to become a Hilton Honors member to get wi-fi activated, but those weren't big deals for me. One big glitch. I had asked for a wake up call...

"The hotel stay was overall okay, but not a place I would personally return to. The room was acceptable, and the staff was generally decent and accommodating. The meals were fair in taste and presentation, but the food options did not feel very healthy or balanced. Adding healthier meal choices would greatly improve the guest experience. "This is a great location for a late arrival. The staff was super helpful. They have a free airport shuttle and a for a fee ($10 pp) cruise port shuttle. This same shuttle offers pick up at cruise terminal for a fee to airport or hotel. Breakfast was good. Pool area looked great ...we didnt get to use it. We will definitely book here again."

"1. This property is short staffed and poorly run. 2. It’s filthy to the point that one night the foyer smelled of urine. They had a room for vending and laundry that was also filthy. 3. I had a family medical emergency and had originally been told twice that I could check out early without penalty then had to argue when the manager said no. Ultimately, I was able to get a refund for my unused nights from Expedia. 4. I felt so unsafe as a woman sleeping alone at night that I slept with a chair...
