"I’m extremely disappointed with my stay. The room had visible mold, a strong odor that smelled like urine, and the carpet was ripped up in multiple areas. The bathroom was unsanitary and clearly had not been cleaned properly. The overall condition of the room was unacceptable and did not meet basic cleanliness standards. This was a very uncomfortable and concerning experience. Left the same night and went to a different hotel. "
