"Although the breakfast was excellent, they failed on the basic ameninites. The beds were rock hard, the hot water never got hot (I shivered through a cold shower) and the door to the bathroom needed muscle to open and close. I complained to Marriott and they said "no one else had complained during my time there" which made the entire experience even worse. Never staying in this brand again."

"The building felt very new. Our room had a refrigerator, microwave, and a small stove top, along with very basic pots, pans, and utensils. The room was very clean on arrival. We did not eat at the breakfast, but it looked very atypical of hotels at this price point with toast, eggs, cereals, etc. The staff was very nice and easy to work with."

"Run. Anywhere else. I’m not sure the hotel has ever heard of air conditioning. The lobby is almost as warm as outside. Despite checking in almost 2 hours late, our room wasn’t ready. The room they gave us? Wasn’t cleaned at all. Women’s undergarments laying on the bedroom floor, no bedding for the pull-out couch, palmetto bugs in the sliding door tracks, mold and dirt in the bathroom, and no remote for one of the bedrooms. "The only reason im not giving exelente and I had a bad experience with my bed I woke up the very next day with to bug bites on my feet and leg and the last day 1 on my back but I didn't realize I have 3 bites on my back and 2 on my torso. I called the hotel to let them know about the bed bugs but all I got is thank you for letting us know . "Less than a block from the OCMC hospital. Nice breakfast for a US hotel, and the room is very nice. Only downside is they have to charge for parking, but it's convenient."
