"The staff was very helpful and the location was great for the beach. We didn't try the hotel restaurant but the outdoor restaurant seating has a beautiful view of the beach. Check-in and check-out was easy. The maid service was great, too. The room was quiet and the little patio overlooking the courtyard was pleasant (complete with a friendly seagull we name "Ernie". As of April 2026, the hotel was under construction so that made access and using the underground garage ($45 per day) a little difficult since the access road was sometimes partially blocked due to construction. The pool was closed due to construction. The interior of our room in the yet-to-be-rebuilt part of the hotel was dated (think 1970's). There was an odor as we entered that smelled musky but later was fine as we ran the A/C and opened the patio door. There was only one electrical outlet easily available, so I was glad I had my 12 foot extension cord for the CPAP and phone charging. The shower was located over the bathtub (old style) and the faucet was always leaking."

The room could’ve been a little better decorated for the kids and the selection at night for the TV station, no cartoons or anything for the little kids to watch, I think you need to check on the beds. My grandson cut his leg on the bed. They came and fixed it. Otherwise the hotel was fine. Please reach out for more information."

"Beautiful location. Great for weekend getaway. Right on lake. Next to restaurant. Only gave 4/5 stars for amenities because gym was under construction. Everything else was great. Bikes, paddle boat, tennis courts, pool. Definitely recommend staying here."

"Our experience began with an attempt to check in early; however, we were informed there would be an additional $30 fee or that we could return at the standard 3:00 p.m. check-in time. We chose to return at 3:00 p.m. as advised, but upon arrival, we experienced an additional one-hour wait before our party was accommodated. Upon entering the rooms, we encountered several cleanliness concerns. Our room had an unpleasant odor, as if water had been sitting for an extended period, and another room in our party had condom wrappers left on the floor. Additionally, my sister was initially assigned the incorrect room, which required further correction. On a more positive note, the breakfast was excellent. Despite a change in weather, the pool remained warm, and the jacuzzi was very enjoyable. The property’s location was also convenient, situated approximately 10 minutes from Legoland."
