"Everything inside and out was just so clean! Staff was beyond friendly. I received a knock at the door and was greeted by such a nice smile and request for any need for cleaning service. While I declined, she asked if I needed anything at all and when I requested coffee, she quickly grabbed 2 for me and handed a nice chocolate over as well! I don't recall any hotel anywhere that I've been being this friendly throughout its staff. Just wonderful!"

"Our 3rd time at the lodge (10 years since last visit) & it didn't disappoint! We live just 45 minutes away but this felt like a world away for a much needed 1 night vacay. All staff was amazing, spa was perfect (massages & pool time) & dinner was also perfect. We hope to come back next year. "

"The motel was clean and tidy, but a little dated. In our room, the tap leaked badly on the sink and we had to screw the shower tap back on. But neither was a big issue. Frustratingly, the swimming pool was locked up. However it was still a convenient base for our trips into Seattle and the transit centre was very close by."

"Snoqualmie Casino and Hotel was an absolutely gorgeous facility. The staff was friendly, helpful, and over the top accommodating. The property itself was tastefully decorated and meticulously appointed. We ate at the sports bar and the food was excellent and the waitress was so very helpful and friendly. The swimming pool and hot tub were gorgeous with beautiful views. Room service was amazing and the free valet very much appreciated.. I would highly recommend this Hotel and hope to be able to return someday."

"They staff was very helpful and attentive. They greeted every guestbealking through the door. I would have liked my room to be cooler. The AC has a max cooling of 68. I'm a female of “that” age and like me room 65 at night. Definitely 5 stars"
