"The window had wood blinds that were nice but!!!!!!, that let light in. No curtains to blacken the room. Street light pollution bled through. The staff are very nice . Difficulty sleeping"

"Everything was great except one thing. Hotel was clean, pool was wonderful. Plenty of chairs and towels. Breakfast was great. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Staff was super friendly and nice and helpful. One negative was there would be a sewer smell that would come from the toilet in our room (404). It did get stronger at night. Covering the toilet seat somewhat stopped the smell. Unsure if it's in all the rooms or just the one we were in. We were only there for two nights and only...

"The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The grounds were beautiful but I would recommend more staff to open the eateries before 4 pm and have pool staff cleaning the area before 10 am. Staff should be washing down the pool areas before the guests arrive not as we are there and trying to walk pass. Other the aesthetics are great I would come back because those are not Major downfall turn points so I think that could be worked on once brought you all attention"
