They did rectify the issue by moving us, which was the only positive. Pools are freezing, lounge chairs are impossible to get, and restaurant/bar service was painfully slow. "This was a great location and even though it is right next to a highway I did not hear any highway traffic. The bed was very comfortable. The staff was friendly and the breakfast fit our needs."

"Rooftop bartenders and wait stay , ignored us. They stood around talking to each other. Had to wave at them for service It was me and my husband we ordered food , I had to ask for silverware and napkins. The girl brought one it took 5 mins to get anyone attention to get a 2nd set. Overall the rooftop busy and not busy very bad service."

"All in all, was an acceptable experience. One of my hand towels had old makeup stains on it, so I left it on the floor expecting a clean one to replace it. The new towel put on the rack had stains too, so I don't know if it was not replaced or if they have lots of stained hand towels in circulation!"
