"The staff was friendly, and the room was surprisingly very clean. When we first entered the lobby, there was an unpleasant smell, which made me concerned about what the rest of the hotel would be like. However, our room smelled fresh and almost sterile, so I had no complaints about the cleanliness of the room. The main inconvenience was that the ice machine only worked on the first floor, and we were staying on the third floor. Overall, the hotel served its purpose for the occasion. I’m not sure that I would stay again, but it wasn’t a bad experience."
