Great staff. They were friendly and let us know the information as soon as we arrived. Amazing location if the goal is to go to the beaches. We went for Fourth of July and it was very conveniently located so that we didn’t have to drive anywhere. The beach across the street and 15 minutes down the road by walking were nice as well!

The room and bathroom were clean although my first impression was of one of concern. A good coat of paint would help that. The bed was super comfy, there was enough hot water, the refrigerator with little freezer compartment was greatly appreciated. Staff was friendly. The parking lot had narrow spaces and not a lot of wiggle room to maneuver. Despite being fairly close to the street, the place was q-u-i-e-t! We did not partake of the snacks put out for breakfast, the lobby is small and there wouldn't be room for much. It is within walking distance of shopping, grocery stores and the waterfront. I'd stay again.

The room was clean and cozy. We stayed in the family room which had a king bed and two queens in a separate room. It was great for 4 people. The exterior is a little worn down, especially the stairs which need a repair so caution is advised and I hope the hotel can get them fixed before the next snow season.
