"Absolutely wonderful staff. They were friendly, attentive, and happy to help however they could. Regarding the room, it was warmer than desired despite having the thermostat at 65 degrees. "Safe in the room did not work. Soda machine on the 11th floor did not work. 1 elevator was out. New lobby and restaurants looked good. Took 50 minutes to check in as there were only 2 to 3 people working. Tried to check in at 2 PM with no wait but it was $45 extra. Busy weekend with a race and poor ..."
