"Beautiful hotel! Very clean and nice spacious rooms and large tv's which you don’t typically see at hotels. Also the continental breakfast was amazing. My only complaint is that the pool is VERY small. My husband and i wanted to enjoy the pool but with about only 2 families that were down there the pool was full."

"Check in and check out was very efficient. The hotel is quiet even during state swim meets. The room was clean but needs some renovation."

"I dropped the tv remote and it went under the bed. I guess I was the only one to look under the bed in a while. Besides an empty soda bottle I found candy wrappers and an unknown latex looking thing. Not good. "

"The room was filthy but the real issue came during the final night. From midnight to 3 am, I was constantly disturbed by loud noises outside my room. There was consistent walking, heavy crashing sounds as if someone was dropping something, and to top it off, around 2 am, a staff member began shoveling snow right outside my window. I struggled to fall asleep which was frustrating due to an early flight the next day. In the morning, I noticed the shoveling patterns in the parking lot were random,...

"It was a bad timing, cause the hotel is under renovation. Continental breakfast is not as good on other place that we used to stay in Gurnee. "
