"Great Hotel with easy access to the airport terminal!"

"The rooms are very clean and the staff helpful. Our biggest recommendation would be to have mini fridges and microwaves in the rooms. Being up on the mountain is glorious, but planning meals with limited options/ operating times in the area made our stay a bit challenging. Having the ability to have some yogurt, milk, cheese, etc. on hand would have made our stay even more enjoyable. "

A little disappointed of the other 2 staff (one named Addes) that was in the customer service. They are not helpful and open with customer. They answered direct questions blocking communication which makes you hesitant to ask for more. They don't even ask you if your questions are answered or you have...
