"Very very plain and simple Hotel. It was clean and new but felt cheap and no amenities that were really useful. They do not have free breakfast they do not have a swimming pool they do not have a fitness center they do not have an area to hang out outside your room no bar no jacuzzi just a bed I don't even think they had a bucket to put ice in I had to go ask the front desk if I recall. Like literally the most simplest basic room ever and kind of expensive for what it was. Very boring with family with kids if it was just for work and just trying to lay your head it would be okay but it's overpriced in my opinion for what you get"

"Pool was fun for the kids exercise room is not really a thing it's like a closet with two pieces of equipment one of which are broken. There is no Jacuzzi or hot tub but there is a pool in the kids enjoyed their time in there. The hotel is dated and needs some remodel in my opinion but was worth the money beds were comfortable and it was clean enough for our liking breakfast was nothing special but free and edible staff was nice"

"On a road trip with my family we arrived late in the evening the hotel staff was very nice. Checking us in when I got up to the room. There were no working lights except for in the bathroom. I went to call the front desk, but the phone did not work. I used my cell phone to call the front desk and requested another room they were I was told there were no rooms and that they would let maintenance know about the lights in the phone. The toilet was clogged in the bathroom. The comforter has stains on it. We were told breakfast was from 7 to 10 AM in the morning when we went down at 8:30 there was not much left and they did not restock. The coffee was good."

"The staff was incredible. Nina at the front desk went above and beyond to make my stay seamless. I was able to order my supplies ahead of time and have them delivered directly to the front desk. This makes traveling so much easier All the front desk associate have exceptional customer service skills The only issue I had was with the A/C unit. The filter hasn’t been changed in who knows how long ago the air made me rather sick and made the room smell. When I told the maintenance gentleman he jumped right in to clean and vacuum the entire unit out. Thank you. My last night was so much better and the smell—gone Thank you Comfort Inn for your hospitality Sincerely, Bea Rm. 113"

"The check in was easy but the hotel refused to provide an invoice at check out-big negative for me The complimentary drinks were a disappointment but nice gesture The buffet breakfast was great We did not get to use the amenities due to a soccer tournament in town with MANY of the players and family staying at the hotel made the pool overcrowded, the hot tub not relaxing and the sleep interrupted because we were downstairs with the players above us Probably would have been a great stay if we were upstairs away from the pool and commotion Bed was very comfortable and I would possibly stay again on a quiter night"
