"The service was okay they were kind, but Nothing was available for use except the pool which was freezing, sauna was out of order, so was the gym, the continental breakfast was lacking no cream cheese for the bagels, basically just bread. On the ad it said room service (food service), but what it meant was cleaning service. There was a ton of ants in the room also. The first night there we had no TV/Internet. Hopefully it's just in a transition period or something. I wouldn't stay here again...

"The check in staffer was fine, she let us get in to our room a little earlier which was great because we had been traveling for several hours. And when I asked for an extra set of towels (2 adults and 1 teen) she brought them fairly quickly. Room was ok you get what you pay for, furniture a lil old and a very small tv. "Les chambres laissent à désirer sur la propreté et l'état des lieux. C'est très vieux comme endroit et ça manque d'amour. L'hôtel est facile d'accès. Le déjeuner continental, on va passer notre tour. On avait loué 4 chambres et certains lits avaient des cheveux. Bref, le prix est en conséquence."
