The hotel claims you need wrist bands to be in the pool area and only so many to a room. A basketball team had a few members staying at the hotel which turned into their entire team and extended family being in the pool they were not paying for. My neck and back are fused from injuries in the service and I park in handicap because of it. I do...

"I went with my 2 daughters and 4 grandkids. Excellent pool and whirl pool. Our room was amazing, 3 rooms with 3 TVs, kitchen, sofa, even a dishwasher. We will return there again."

We also had issues with either someone in the room next to us or some other guests putting their food garbage outside our door. This happened twice in the two nights we were there. "This hotel was very underwhelming. I've stayed at other hotels for the same price or less and have had much better experiences. This hotel is in need of an upgrade. The room wasn't as clean as I would expect. The breakfast left much to be desired. Staff wasn't rude or mean, but wasn't overly friendly either. Going forward, when we stay in the Minneapolis/st paul area I will avoid this hotel."
