Before arriving we were called and told that they had to move our room to the carriage house due to a septic issue with the main manor. The carriage house is a smaller building on the property. "We enjoyed our stay at this Victorian B&B. The bed was comfortable, the room was warm and cozy and we had a delicious breakfast. It is located on a main road and is easy to find. The inn is nicely appointed. We do enjoy the charm of an old historic dwelling and the antique furnishings. Adrienne is friendly and hospitable."

"This was our third stay at Magnolia, the staff at the front desk is very friendly and helpful. The stream is beautiful and they just opened a restaurant. The food was really good. My only complaint is a cleanliness. I would suggest that they do some quality control around the cleanliness because the lodge was not clean. The floor was extremely dirty. There was some hair in the top. I didn’t feel comfortable using the kitchen because it was not clean.. just something to focus on moving forward....

"We had a wonderful stay at the Frog 🐸 Town Inn. My Wife & I only stay one evening and enjoyed a peaceful and quiet nights rest in the most comfortable bed! We enjoyed a delicious breakfast and will be back another time to try the dinner at the restaurant Butter. This was especially special to me to be here because my grandfather use to own this inn many years ago when I was a boy. To be inside again and walk the property, the memories just came right back. We Loved the owners Mark and Carol!...

"Room was very spacious & clean. All of the staff was very friendly. The weather was warm so we were able to enjoy the courtyard. Lots of choices on the restaurant menu. And the complimentary continental breakfast was excellent. "

"The place was horrible the bathroom was so small you had to step over the toilet to get to the shower. You have to leave the door open to even go to the bathroom. Extension cords everywhere in the room to run tv lights and space heater. The light fixture was falling out of the ceiling I want a refund and so glad you asked for a review. "

"Room was so bright with outside deck and intermittent car lights from parking lot. Property is run down and a mess. Bathroom had 4 lights over the mirror with 2 of them burned out. A box of Kleenex would have been a luxury. There was a dead bug in the medicine cabinet. You could clearly hear everything in the adjoining rooms. "
