"The room was very clean the hot tub in the room was so relaxing. The pool or miniature golf were not available to use. The price was reasonable and the staff were kind when we saw them. The continental breakfast which was cereal little Debbie's and bagels were supposed to be daily but it was not put out everyday."

"Stayed for 4 days and never seen my room cleaned or bath towels changed out. Breakfast was at a minimum, not much to choose from. Hot coffee only in the morning, seemed to be warm or none at all in the afternoon and was removed in the evening. Floors always looked unswept, outside landscape unkept, no flowers and I was there on the Memorial Day weekend and no American flag on the pole."

"Staff was excellent. The manager was extremely helpful and honest. My 7 year old grandson helping load up the truck opened his wallet to get room key. Not noticing that his money he was saving fell out and was in the grass. A few hours after we where headed back to ST Louis, he called us and said that he found some money by our room with an outside entrance. Reviewed his security camera and seen it fall out of grandsons wallet We made arrangement to get the $180.00 back. I return to Warren PA 4 to 5 times a year. I will always stay at the Quality Inn where we will feel safe and the employee6 are honest and respectful."

"Please do your homework before staying here. Place smelled as soon as we walked in. Dogs barking on the floor where our room was. Morning breakfast we had a male who seemed to be on drugs pass out at the table. Almost a gang fight on our floor. Left a day early as we felt we were in danger. Front desk did nothing for us. Still waiting to hear back from Hotels.com about case I opened. Please do not stay here."

"Parking can be a bit of a challenge because of city location, and if you drive to entrance to unload , you have to leave the lot and circle back around to get back to parking lot. It's not really a major issue, but it was a pain in rainy weather. We have stayed there before and were perfectly satisfied; it's much nicer than a couple other local Inns. However, this time around we had a bed that definitely needs replacing!"
