Staff has zero personality, place is dirty, free “hot” breakfast is terrible, constantly people and employees smoking right outside the main entry, rooms were filthy, hot tub still under repair 3 months later…. This place way just super underwhelming. TV sucks, bathroom had a hole in the ceiling. The floor was FREEZING. It is hardwood which is fine but obviously it isn't insulated so even though you can get the heat running in the room the floor is always very cold."
