"Hotel was nice clean, quiet, and comfortable. The staff was all AMAZING especially Fatima she did my welcome meeting and helped in finding the best excursions and tours.The hotel spa was also AMAZING did my first hammam massage and it was great, had an amazing experience. The food was ok, being in morocco i really wanted that authentic Moroccan cooking but unfortunately the hotel was more mordern in the foods. After 2 nights and the food was the same i ate dinner out the rest of the time. Alcoholic beverages were weak and watered down even shots were watered down. The hotel does offer nightly entertainment like karaoke, shows, live band music etc. but by11pm everything is closed and over for the day. No food, drinks, nothing after 11pm. So again went out most nights. Rooms was ok clean and comfortable, even though room was cleaned daily towels and sheets were not changed had to ask for new ones. Overall ok stay hotel grounds are gorgeous and hotel is gated with security."

"The hotel lobby is superb! And it is the only thing which I can say good about this hotel. It itself is worn off. Serous reconstruction needed. Many tourists looking for getting free alcohol. Sport activities in poor condition. Poor all inclusive service. Just add some extra money for your stay and stay somewhere else at a higher price. This is just not worth it. "

"We enjoyed staying in the tent for a couple of nights for a peaceful Marrakech stay. It is a lovely place if you have a car. The animals were friendly - lots of dogs, cats, horses, birds, nature. There is a shop and restaurant on site which is very convenient. Pool and hot tub aren't open this time of year. Towels would have been nicer If they were bigger and staff didn’t clean or change towels while we stayed. "

"The staff were rude and not helpful at all. Our kids were not allowed to use the pool, and we later heard from a staff member that the pool does not even belong to the hotel. This was very disappointing. I would not recommend this hotel."

"I would NOT recommend this property, particularly for families. On arrival, we were placed in accommodation located at the back of the complex, requiring a long walk along an unlit pathway with slippery tiles and cracked concrete. Visibility was extremely poor, and I had to use my phone torch. As a result, my child fell and was injured. We were moved three times, and each room had hygiene and maintenance issues, including: • Dirty floors that appeared not to have been cleaned • Mould in bathroom areas • Stained bed sheets • Plumbing issues with constant noise • Excessive dust that triggered allergies These issues were raised repeatedly and documented with photos and videos. It became clear that this was not an isolated problem but the general standard of the property. We attended the booking and attempted to stay, but ultimately had to leave due to health and safety concerns. I would advise future guests to carefully consider cleanliness and safety before booking. "We recently stayed at Eden Lodge for several nights, and overall we had a mixed experience. The Room The room itself had a beautiful design and looked exactly like the photos — very stylish and well thought out visually. However, it was located directly under the restaurant/lobby area. Every morning we were woken up by the sound of people walking and, even worse, chairs being moved during breakfast service. There were also a few practical issues: There were no proper sleeping pillows on the bed, only decorative ones. We found one pillow in the closet. The closet was covered by a drape and didn’t offer enough space for two people staying more than four nights. The hangers were too close to the safe, leaving little room for shirts or jackets. There are no windows in the room, only a sliding door. During the day you can open it for fresh air, but at night you must keep it closed for privacy since staff walk by and can see inside if the drapes are open. The small water tank for the shower runs out of hot water quickly. The private pool outside the room was not heated. It was beautiful to look at, but not comfortable to use. The Staff The staff were incredible — truly the highlight of our stay. Both servers named Hamza were extremely accommodating and attentive, and the manager (whose name I unfortunately don’t remember) made us feel at home.
