"This hotel was a huge disappointment. The room smelled, the bedside lights did not work and the mattress was stained. I arrived at 9pm after a late flight. The vending area had 2 Gatorades and empty machines. The neighborhood was not one that I would feel safe to walk to a restaurant at that time. The shuttle the next morning was late because of a driver dispute. I ended up sharing an Uber with another disappointed traveler. The only reason I gave one star was because zero stars was not an option. Avoid this hotel at all costs. "

"This was the worst Hilton Doubletree stay ever. From now on I’m just sticking with strictly Hilton itself or something else. The hotel smelled like weed and wet carpet my entire stay (4 nights). The smell was so bad I caught a headache. Speaking of wet carpet, they had this super loud carpet drying fan thing (see photos) outside of my door running from day 2 of my stay and it was still running when I left. It was very annoying and interrupted any chance of peace and quiet. The entire carpet needs to be replaced. I even went down to the floor with the gym and saw other rooms going through the same thing I was going through with that nonsense right outside of their door. Oh man, and on night two at 1am, the fire alarm goes off and we all had to evacuate. Imagine doing that at 1am when you’re settled in and even worse, have a child with you like I did. We evacuated and I had to call 911. All those ppl and no one called 911 because we all assumed the front desk employee did. I’m not blaming him for anything though I saw him on the phone trying to handle it. I think he was following whatever protocol they had and calling his higher ups. After I called 911 the firefighters got there in 4-5 mins. It took them 30 mins to turn off the fire alarm. I think they walked through everyone’s rooms of all floors because when we went back in our rooms you could tell someone was in there. We were allowed back in after a few mins of the alarm being off. Except for those on the 6th & 7th fl."

"Super nice staff. I did not eat there but it smelled amazing. Beds and bathrooms were very clean. "

"Breakfast was awesome, staff great, hot tub was hot. My only problem was the housekeeping staff woke me up at 7 or 8am on checkout day, They came in twice, then called twice and then came in one more time. That part was weird and aggravating, but the rest of the visit was amazing. Hopefully they figure out the housekeeping issue. I recommend this hotel. "

"It was a lovely hotel. Check in staff was kind of lacking on customer service. It had been a long drive to get there and they seemed put out to check us in. Maybe the hotel should let their staff know it makes a difference to be welcoming."

"Excellent hotel and staff. Room was spacious and had unique touches like a built in mini fridge and coffee maker. Everything worked and was fine. Water took a little long to get hot but once you figure it out it’s okay. I will definitely be coming back. Thanks guys!"
