"The property has a great location close to TPA and only minutes from downtown. This property charged us around $ 18 per day for parking during our stay and this was not clear when we reserved! It has four elevators but 1 was not working, and it was the closet one to the front desk. Personnel indicated that the elevator has been down for a while. Our room was cleaned by personnel only 1 of 3 nights that we spent at the property."

"We arrived at the hotel very early due to an early flight. The front desk called housekeeping to get our room ready a little earlier and that was great. They asked if we had a car and I confirmed. What I didn't know was that the parking pass was $20 PER DAY. The room was lovely. The beds were so comfy and felt as if they had a pillow top. I haven't slept this well at a hotel in some time. On another day I wanted to download my pictures from my camera. I clicked connect to wifi for the guest room and was greeted by a notice that I would be charged $12.95 per day which seemed very steep, I opted out. I truly loved the cleaner than clean restrooms in the lobby. That kind of sparkle makes your stay even more pleasant. The concierge breakfast on the 14th floor was fresh and delightful. Be forewarned that it is only open Monday-Friday 6.30am-9.30am (no weekends) with Evening Bites & Desserts Sunday-Thursday 5.30pm-10.00pm. The Blue Bistro in the lobby offers basic food that I didn't try. Our family did walk next door to First Watch for an amazing breakfast. They are only open until lunch (they all are) which ruled out dinner there. Rooted Grounds for coffee in the lobby in the mornings is to die for, the expresso shots are premium with premium service to boot. A very freindly lady greeted us every morning. Overall we had a lovely stay at the Marriot. Be mindful of those charges that can make your stay very expensive."
