"Staff in front of house - in particular Gaiska (a trainee) was superb. Thank you Gaiska for bringing whatever we needed to our room. However food in restaurant for dinner was awful. This is what meant a 4 star over 5. Skip the buffet and have dinner in Tekapo. The cafe food is great if you can wait ..."
