"This has been one of the best hotels me and my partner have ever stayed at. I went on October 17 for a Bruno Mars concert and the staff was absolutely amazing, they were beyond kind and welcoming and we got a very cute surprise treat from them considering our concert! The place was very lovely and welcoming and they had decorated so nicely for such events. Everything through check in and check out is done online (do not worry it is very easy and straightforward to do, will only take less than 5 mins for check in and 1-2 mins for check out). Considering our room, it was open with lots of space and good amount of widows for BEAUTIFUL views. The pictures that they have posted look exactly the same as the one that we stayed at (new room) it was a single bed with a dinning and kitchen area, not too crowded or too small just perfect for 2-3 people. The bathroom was very nice with good amount of toilteries given and very nice towels too! The bed and pillows was extremely comfortable (best sleep) and clean! The AC worked perfectly and even the heater too. From all the kitchen tools, fridge, microwave, stove, etc, they all worked perfectly well and were nicely maintained. The balcony wasn’t crazy big but just right for two people (great views). The neighborhood is also amazing and very safe. Also lots of places to eat/see nearby (1-8 mins walking)! I overall LOVED my stay, thank you to all the staff and I highly recommend this lovely place to anyone!! 10/10 for everything, thank you!"
