"Extremely large, comfortable room/suite. Did not expect this. Mirror in bathroom tall and narrow…horizontal placement rather than vertical would have permitted 2 person access to mirror rather than just one at a time. Shower large … very nice. After hours check-in very easy."

"Most things were great but 3 niggles. The lack of a hospitality tray. I do expect tea and coffee in the room in this standard of hotel without having to ask for a kettle etc and then having to collect the tea and coffee from the bar myself. I detest the plastic undersheets! I can understand this ..."
