"Nicely appointed apartment in central Camborne with the benefit of allocated secure parking.
Whilst I did not make use of the cooking facilities, there is everything you need if you do want to cook and there is a supermarket less than 5 minutes walk away. The apartment was clean and the welcome gifts of a bottle of Spumante and shortbread were a nice touch. It was quite warm during my stay but you can open the skylights and the two fans which were provided helped with this. Some may find the...

"Walkable distance to the centre of Falmouth. Loads of free parking when we went. One occasion. we parked on the road a little up hill (2 minutes walk). Its a lovely cottage, I hadn't considered the Victorian steep steps up to the first floor (regarding my 80+ YO mum), but equally might be testing if one had little kids. Other than that, we loved it cheers."

"Such a lovely little holiday home, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
Teg is literally in the middle of nowhere, blink and you’ll miss the turning so make sure you read your email directions. We didn’t! We followed the sites postcode directions which aren’t specific enough.
The accommodation is so quaint, lots of lovely blues and Cornish ware China, everything you need to make a cup of tea and coffee and toast and the hosts very kindly left us a cream tea to enjoy when we arrived.

"We chose Mannings for a second time due to its brilliant location for the theatre and the major bonus of secure parking.
As with our previous visit, the staff were warm, friendly, and genuinely welcoming throughout our stay. They are a real credit to the hotel.
Although comfortable and generally clean, the room was basic, and the decor a bit tired.
The bathroom layout in particular is quite tight (at only 5'4", my knees were touching the door when using the toilet).
The grout and silicone around the bath and shower are in need of a good deep clean or refresh, as inevitably in a well used room with built up moisture, it was grimy and stained. Appropriate allocation of time for a decent deep clean really would make a world of difference here.
As a personal preference, it would be great to see improved in-room coffee options beyond standard instant sachets, and we missed the nice little biscuits provided on our first visit!
Breakfast was straightforward and did the job well. The fresh croissants were delicious, and my husband was a big fan of the thick, creamy yoghurt.
We really appreciate the location and the lovely hospitality from the team, but a bit more attention to room maintenance and the little details would make a big difference to the overall stay."
"Lovely hotel right on the sea front, staff very welcoming, knowledgeable, food lovely reasonable price. I had a lovely large room had everything I needed"
"A very pleasant, well managed hotel in an excellent location by the Penryn River with great rooms for breakfast and coffee and a pub. Only issue was that the room was very hot despite having an open window. Consequently sleeping was difficult.
I was too slow in requesting a fan and irritated to be told there was one in the wardrobe or cupboard which there was not.
I doubt whether a fan would be adequate. The hotel should seriously consider installing air conditioners in each room as summer temperatures are only going to get hotter."
"Some hotels give you a room. St Michaels Resort gives you a memory.
My partner and I spent three wonderful nights here, and St Michaels became more than simply the place where we stayed...it became part of our Falmouth story.
There is something special about the atmosphere: beautiful, peaceful and effortlessly welcoming. Everything came together to make our stay feel genuinely memorable, and we left with that rare feeling of wishing we could remain a little longer.
I even bought a few pieces of St Michaels merchandise because I wanted to take a small part of the experience home with me. That probably says more than any ordinary five-star review could.
Falmouth gave us the scenery, but St Michaels gave the trip its heart. Thank you for hosting a chapter of our lives that we will always remember. We arrived as guests, left as admirers, and will certainly return.
Samuel"
"Overall lovely hotel with beautiful decor and facilities. Everywhere was very clean.
The overflow car park still undergoing building works and £27 a day for parking is very overpriced.
No toilet roll in our room.
Very slow service at breakfast and ran out of milk at and could only offer oat milk. Seemed to be more waiting staff just stood around rather than serving"
