The hotel wouldn’t refund or even make a gesture so do not book non refundable. I was allocated room 8 and it was like the worst B&B from the 80’s. "Good breakfast spread, with exception of no eggs available. No problems with room set up, excellent staff no problem too small to sort. Easy to find hotel. This was my first stay and would hope to stay next time I travel to Bath. "

"Didnt check in until 7pm but room wasnt ready and we ended up having to share a kingsize room, which i was not very happy with.the next day we had to bring all our stuff down and leave there, so i had to carry my backpack around all day with my valuables in as i could see luggage could be left, but it wasnt supervised and anyone could get at it.not a happy srart to my sisters birthday celebrations.wouldnt reccomend to friends"

"This place is great in so many respects, but particularly in regards to the location to a beautiful part of the city of Bath. The guest house is right in between the Circus and the Royal Crescent. Everything you might want is within walking distance including some great restaurants. We highly recommend this facility. I can't comment on the staff since we had no interaction with them. The guest house used a lockbox to provide us with our keys."
