The manager was excellent and a great help to us and was very accommodating. We arrived late in the evening and he helped to arrange a late key pick up and reserved a parking space for us. The breakfast was wonderful and everything was very clean. Would stay there again when we are I town!!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Perfect stay at Grays Boutique B&B Everything was perfect from start to finish. The room was spotlessly clean, comfortable and beautifully presented, and the whole B&B had a lovely, welcoming atmosphere. The breakfast was definitely the best part — absolutely delicious and beautifully prepared. A special mention to Dave and Tina, who were fantastic, so friendly and welcoming and really made our stay extra special. We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Everything about Grays was wonderful! The room was delightful, clean and comfortable. We especially enjoyed the large stall shower, fan provided in the room (no AC, but not needed for the cool September temperatures), and comfy bed (not a true US King, so be aware that US and UK bed sizes differ). The provided breakfast was scrumptious, freshly prepared vegetarian eggs and cooked veggies were amazing. The available walled parking was also a plus. And the reception and breakfast room, hallway art and guest room decor were beautiful. The front and back gardens were flower filled and well maintained. We hope to be back!

Very pleased with our find on Expedia. Lovely friendly staff, fantastic cooked breakfast, very comfortable bed. Throughout all very tastefully decorated. Nice to have parking on site. Walking distance into Bath and to the lookout point. Definitely recommend

We had a great two night stay at this bed and breakfast. Our room, number nine, was small but had everything we needed and was decorated to a high standard. Bed was very comfortable and room was warm and peaceful. The breakfast was delicious, with high quality ingredients used. Lots to see and do in the local area too. Will definitely stay here again.

A lovely, comfortable stay, everything we needed and more. A range of tea and coffee available with a tasty treat. Parking available on the carpark, with about a 15 minute walk to Bath centre, so saved us parking in the centre. We were glad we brought trainers as Bath is hillier than we were expecting but very beautiful! Delicious breakfast. Great communication with the owners. Definitely recommended and we would stay here again for a returning visit to Bath.
